New life, New stuff

Its already September. I shall start with bad news, I didnt get the appeal through, which means no more 50% scholarship, and also have to pay almost 300 for the appeal, im broke now...

But, at least there are some happy things to talk about. Started my uni life in Sunway with Sheng Yuan and May Kee. Yong sui go NS and joining in march. Too bad for him. Well, Uni is a bit different. Different as in its the 'lets get to know each other' routine all over again, but this time its 200 people in 1 class and not 20. Until now I can only manage roughly 20-30 names but I'm sure I'll get better eventually.

So, about the uni. Sunway itself is awesome. Awesome place, awesome style, awesome fees, awesome cost of living(thats always the case when u compare any uni with TARC). Well, of course there are also awesome people, but it will definitely take some time before i can form another group of my own, so im just sticking around with sheng yuan and may kee. Then, we have to talk about the international student issue. Why issue? because sometimes I dont understand the english they speak. Its not that their command is poor(most are at a decent level), but they're killing me with the slang. That aside, its really nice to know people from other parts of the world, for now its tanzania, pakistan, indonesian, nigeria that i know of. Then theres also plenty of non-KL malaysians too. Penang, pahang, kelantan, terengganu, even sabah.

200 people in the course is tough. Imagine the size of the auditorium is smaller than TARC's DK, and sometimes u have to squeeze with people. So most of the time I'll just go take some places up in front where people dont like to sit, but even then there are those hard-workers there. No choice lorh, try to find some nice people who can joke around when the lecture class is boring, if not, its a 'cant breath, cant talk, cant concentrate, wanna die' situation.

Rawr, 3 weeks in uni and already have 3 assignments due within a month, gotta start working on them. Even have to do reading of 100 over pages by the weekend, i dono how im gonna survive 3 years...
